snow on the mountains is coming. yessssss
i love the one day a year when http://www.isitchristmas.com/ says yes
christmas eve eve with the siblings was fun.
now it’s time for all of the relatives to come over, which surely means:
1. eating. a lot of eating.
2. goldeneye tourney.
3. some sort of gambling, usually this weird game that involves quarters. i almost won last year, and i would have won fifty dollars. yikes.
4. the relative $15 gift exchange. the most popular gifts usually are knives. i am not kidding.
5. terrible grammar...
hot tub time.
sea salt kettle chips with black beans and avocado. yum.
creative inspiration has struck. go go go.
plans for tonight: raiding my parents liquor cabinet (okay, i’m allowed to, but still) and smoking in the hot tub. wanna come?
i’m listening to a wintery music playlist and making christmas bouquets and wearing a giant sweater. so happy.
my future home will...
have a piano in it.
Make for yourself a world you can believe in.
It sounds simple, I know. But...

“hey! you’re my white dude, and no one can take you away”
just baked a batch of banana brown sugar crumble muffins and they are cooling off right now. i’m going to put them on one of my mom’s pretty fused glass plates for my parents to find when they wake up tomorrow.
i just rocked those errands. time to find something for lunch and then put together christmas bouquets for the house, wrap, and maybe even play a little mario kart.
leaving for the tiny blocks of downtown corvallis…well, after i watch another episode of how i met your mother. christmas break is so hard.
drive to the beach with me.
i really want to go one night and stop at a 7-11 and drink lots of red bull so we can stay awake all night playing in the sand and then when we get super tired and crash we can snuggle up in the backseat of the car with a cozy comforter and smoke a bowl and maybe a cigarette because that sounds nice and then we can talk quietly for a while about things and maybe kiss a little bit until we fall...
i see the sun rising
but all you see is it fall, fall, fall.
for all the times i never, never turned away
and now she’s here on someone else’s arm.
